    • Hi,

      The Updates in 4.7: (yellow)

      @Car:
It is recommended that you have a working winch and a land anchor - hooks for towing and a tow rop are mandatory

      3.1.1
you are not allowed to drive through gates from another class, yet if you hit a gatemaker from another class it is still 10 Points

      3.1.3
The Start and Finish is not treated like a gate. Nevertheless you have to go past it with all wheels. The start and finish will be "enclosed" like with barriers.

      3.1.13
If you have nature or the winch rope around your drivetrain you are allowed to remove it - in order not to break you car without a penalty - this shall be clarified with the judge.

      3.1.14
If a car leaved the track with a rollover or similar and leaves the Track it can continue to the next gate without repositioning. it is a 10 point penalty no matter if you touch a barrier or not. The Judge tells you where to reenter the track. (without additional penalty)
If a car is catched by a foot or arm while rolling down a hill it has to repostion to the last passed gate including the repositioning penality

      3.1.16
The Gates have to be passed in the correct direction - but can be driven in reverese. should you need to you can go back through a gate.

      3.1.17
All Gates stay active at all times, only gate makers already touched by the competitor are inactive.

      3.4
      DNS 20 X Number of gates + 40 Points
DNF 20 x Number of not cleared gates + 20 Points.

      4
The headjudge and jury are god ;) decisions can't be discussed.

Hope this helps - any questions feel free to ask.

    • See if i understand this. I must go through the gate in a forward motion. But if i need to back up i can through the gate to make way to next gate?

    • Update 2015:

Here is the main changes for our international drivers - if anything is unclear pls ask!
As always we will help you to get everything sorted out at the event.

Original 2015 in german: ASTS 2o15- Das Regelwerk

      UPDATE 2015:

1.9 and 2.2 open wheel cars are allowed now! but for each axle where the tires are not covered 50% you get minus 5 Scale Bonus

3.1.3 The teamleader has to finish the stage last! The Idea is to keep the teams together.

      Biggest Change:
3.1.9 using the winch results in a penalty for each anchor point. simple tow ropes are free of charge - if you use your winch to roll over an other car - the one that receives the help gets the penalty.
For very difficult parts of a stage - the orga can make a free winch zone.
The idea behiind this is to encourage drivers to drive and not winch everything..

3.1.17 gates stay active all the time.

3.2 explains how the winch ppoints from 3.1.9 are handled in Detail

3.3 for the Championship Team Points are more important than before

The Voting for the Scale Car Challenge will be done on Facebook in the future!

    • Liebe A.s.t.s. Organisatoren,

      Danke, danke, Wolf
