I am building up a Jeep Wrangler G6. I am going to build it retro. Some old style from the Jeep Golden Eagle and Renegade. I am going to upgrade most of the parts to aluminum.

I have Axial aluminum C-Hubs, Rear lock outs, Metal gear set for transmission, Locked out transmission to eliminate slipper clutch, and aluminum knuckles. I now realize I needed high steer knuckles, but I will make these work for right now. Also doing a AX30401 HD Bevel gear set up front for overdrive.

Thank you Daniel. I hope it turns out good, it may not be as scale as you guys build.

Thank you Gerry. I really enjoy seeing all you guys do for builds and your competitions. You guys build very scale trucks. -
I dont want to spend the money to buy aluminum axles so I am using Beef Tubes. I will shave the inside of the plastic housings and install them. I like them to keep the weight down really low.
Before I dremel out the plastic housing
After some grinding with the dremel.

Thank you, my style of build is almost factory themed. lol If there was such a style. -
I liked Daniel Siegl steering so much on the "Le Autobus" I am going to run it on this Jeep build. The T&F Tuninglenkung SCX. I realized after the fact this takes high steer. So I used spacers and it works but I will most likely change to highsteer knuckles.
I ran Axial CVD's to handle the steering/turning radius
This is where it should be highsteer knuckles
I used spacer for clearance.
Both axles loaded with beef tubes.

Some Progress today.

Finally its a roller.
I have started the body, lots more to do before any paint can go on. Gives you an idea of how it might look.

I like your build and the wheels are amazing!!

Hi,
One question: ist the Body the same/size/mold as the Jeep form the Wraith Poison Spyder?
Cheers
